The idea of the project come from the nescessary of a transit center, which should be large enough for the huge amount of goods trasporting from Vietnam to China and vice versa everyday. This area will be the main control center in both railways and roadway , instead of using different gates -which leads to many disadvantages and difficulties. All of the people, goods, materials must be checked at this point before being tranship to any place accross the borderline.
