The project is a complex of tourism area and urban residence area. The tourism service and urban function areas are divided by the main traffic axis, in terms of phasing requirements. In the other hand, a traffic loop is created to connect all parts of the  area, The sea view of the entire urban area and tourism area is mazximized, while prioritizing the best views for tourism buildings & residential buildings.
