Tittle : Detailed planning and urban design for the cultural-commercial complex area of Ba Son.

Aim of design : preservation, regeneration, recreating historical parts while keeping up with the new Metro station.

Previously Bason dockyard, a historical site, this place is planned to be a unique and high-profile area of the city , which is a complex of residental buildings, cultural buildings, finacial buildings, and riverside open spaces. The main ideas of the project focus on how to preserving the image of a historical site, while transforming its fuction by regenerating old buildings as well as installing newfacilities.
