The project focuses on creating an unique residential area inwhich resembles Hoian ancient town's spirit. The design inherits local craft villages's heritages and turns them into urban and landscape design elements, such as lanterns, pottery, silk and carpenter. The average height is 2-3 storeys, no high-rise building is allowed here. Each district has its own design identity and they are connected by a" green belt"- a linear park where many kinds of event will be held for the residents.
