The client aims for a high-end urban area which can meet an green-eco-smart city’s standards. The area must be diverse in land use and can suitable for a special economic zone.

The design focus on creating a multi-functional urban area, including CBD, administrative center, residential compound, educational village, healthcare center…Thanks to the harmonious balance, the area may not only bringing a quality living environment but also can provide many works for people.
