SwanPark fully inherits the advantages of synchronous and modern transport infrastructure, flexible connection by waterway, road, overhead railway and airway.

 

With the scale of Swan Park up to 941.5ha, it is planned to become a worthwhile place to live and enjoy for every family. Commercial housing area occupies 364ha of land. The rest is greenery infrastructure, natural landscape up to 190ha. Transport infrastructure is focused on investment with 197.7 hectares. Public utilities are expanded with 75.2ha.
