The project is placed at unique island in the center of Nhon Trach, adjacent to Ring Road 3, linking to Ho Chi Minh City.Nhon Trach is in the East of HCMC, the most potential area in Dong Nai province for the benefits from the accelerated infrastructure and industial development in recent years. The district has been approved by the Prime Minister as a type-II city, a golden triangle to connect three provinces and cities including Vung Tau, Dong Nai and HCMC. Nhon TraAch is a dynamic urban area of the East of Ho Chi Minh City, planned to be a newly industrial and creative center. It is expected to be the center of industry, trade in services, tourism, education and training and science and technology. It is an area of modern infrastructure, traffic is planned synchronously to easily link all key economic areas in the South as well as Ho Chi Minh City - The largest economic center in the country. With its prime location, the multi-purpose transportation hub of the region, SwanBay is the promising destination of many investors, and is a hub to link main roads, waterways and airways .
